I was about to do it last night when I discovered I am out of grey sprayed. Oh well. It'll have to wait a few days.

Sweet! That's awesome!
Are you going to do anything with the base? I think it would help the model look darker if there was some normal basing; I vote for cobblestones or some other urban theme.
BTW did you feel that the Black 2.0 was noticeably different from a regular miniatures acrylic paing?

The Black 2.0 was pretty nice to work with. It's pretty thick out of the bottle, but the pigment is so strong that you can really spread a bad of it out over a lot of surface area. It's doesn't take much to do the job. It's thins really well with water too. It dries matte and has kind of a texture. So that's a bit different than a lot of the miniature blacks I've used. From about a foot or so away it's pretty hard to make any of the models details. It's looks like this weird void. I'm going to see about maybe getting a picture of it on a table this evening. With how well it covers I think the bottle will go a long way.
As for basing... I'm not really sure. This was just for fun. So I'm not sure what to do. Urban does seem the best for the inspiration, but I've never tried to make a custom base that looked urban before. There's also not a lot of room to work under the warpwolf.

I've had to sculpt cobblestones onto bases that were already occupied in the past. It's fiddly, but it can be done. Maybe practice on some empty bases first if you do decide to give it a try. Of course you could always just go for sand / grass, it IS a warpwolf after all.

What is the blue? The way it doesn't cover very well can be used to make a stunning lightning effect. Leave the black areas the way they are and paint a second coat of thin blue lines where the blue is strongest. Lighten it up halfway between the blue and white and do a thinner line that wanders a bit inside the first blue line. Then do the same with a real skinny line of white that meanders as well. I'll have to dig around and see if I can find a tutorial to link to because I think I'm explaining it poorly.

Heh. Give it a white mask, and it could pass as a "Grim" from RWBY.
