What is the silliest character you can come up with? Or if you've used one in an actual game, what sort of silly characters have you used?

i have had a player who was a investigator/officer and he was basicly a gobber who sucked at combat and did alot o roleplaying. he also wouldn't shut up about how great reinhold't was.
another one made a soldier artilirist trollkin and is a ranged dps that has a litteral Firetrucking cannon strapped on his hp...wich is basicly his party opener.
it went off by mistake TWICE in rp moments.

Iron Fang Pirate.
Knocked on the head a few too many times and decided to "revolutionize" naval warfare. Was given a discharge with thanks for services rendered for his increasingly erratic behavior.
Rowboat with a blasting pike strapped to it.

Always wanted to make a gun mage alchemist and put rune shots on my alchemical riglr grenades.
Or alchemist iron fang and put various concoctions in my blasting pike head.
I don't think either of those is legal without a little tweaking.

my first character didn't start out silly but definitely grew into it, he was a dwarf mechanik pistoleer (later also took investigator) who had an handcannon for a hand and used a wrench as his melee weapon, he for some reason always rolled a crit on perception rolls...regarding women , so he turned out to be a skirt chaser XD he also got possessed by an infernal granting him powers at the cost of his sanity, all turned out well for him in the end though, he got to become a millionaire and start a business. a friend of mine now uses him as part of the setting in his rpg group as the guy that hired the adventurers for his story

Once made an ordic Lawful Stupid Morrowan Priest with GunMage as the second class. (called Renzo Da Rieti I think) Had a snow-white magelock called "Divine Intervention" and I usually recite Samuel L. Jackson's speech from Pulp Fiction (Ezekiel 25:17 etc...) before sending a bad guy to orbit with the Thunderbolt spell. Only played this character once, but in that adventure I pushed a Locomotive with the Thunderbolt onto a thamarite's head. It was fun.
