Why...oh why is this army sooooo unbased!? It is such a simple step away from moving from "rather bad" to "really cool looking"!

Sorry for that, I guess it's a cultural difference Still, bases are easy to do and without them models look unfinished. With them even mediocre models start looking awesome from a distance! So, yeah, my opinion was honest in this case - one more step and you'll get "cool looking", streetpizza!

These all look amazing. Has anyone ever converted a Woldwrath to a standing posture? I'd love to do it, but I'm a little scared to ruin such an expensive model.

I went totally off piste with my versions of the large bases. The woldwrath just didn't appeal as my circle army is all living. So I converted up a forge world beast. The same for the walled garden landscaping project of a battle engine. It wasnt dynamic enough. Now if I can work out how to post picture; hopefully you will all see below www.furaffinity.net/view/19578916/Ok. Can't work out how to put up pictures. Perhaps because I am using my phone to do it. Anyway link is to another site which i have posted pictures to. (It is a furry site, but should show only sfw unless you log on to it. Hope folk don't mind)

Seriously, if you haven't clicked the link, do it. I love alternative models in WM&H and those chosen by erythro are great and nicely painted.

Nice! I too like using alternate models, but I don't have any for the huge bases (yet!) Gorgeous. Can't believe you resisted the impulse to flatten a bane thrall or a shredder onto the bottom of his foot though!
