Check War Room. The rules for Siege2, Hitch, Dog, TWL, Express Team, and Commando CA have been released.
Almost no changes are visible.
I do notice that Siege's High Ground has no placement restrictions, and the Dog has cmd 3 now (so Dodge has a smaller bubble).
No existing models seem to have changed yet.

Looks like a bunch of good stuff you all are getting. Except the express team. Still not sure how he fits into an army really.
My Iron Fangs do not want to see commandos on the other side of the board now.

My Iron Fangs do not want to see commandos on the other side of the board now. Long range thunderbolt push with reasonably reliable knockdown, and grievous wounds on hit doesn't seem good to you? Express team brings nice scenario power. It can push heavies out of zones from a comfortable position. And Grievous wounds can be very strong against certain abilities. No Phoenix protocol, no reconstruct, no tough. I love the Commandos. They being tools that Cygnar doesn't have in abundance (Stealth, AOEs, Pathfinder, Sprays). They'll be fun.

Anyway High Ground not specifying "not in contact with enemy models" is likely an error. I don't think they'll give you the ability to raise the enemy warcaster to shot it to death...

Yeah, this feels like an oversight, which is weird because CID did catch this. We talked a lot about it in the last week of Trenchers.

It does seem a bit wierd to bring back the old non-restricted high ground. I doubt it will stay, although I don't think it is OP, necessarily.
New stuff looks promising. I want the theme dammit.

It's fine because you are giving them +2 def .... Yeah +2 Def in a High accuracy ranged army. A caster you can see is normally a dead caster.

Eh? Casters we can see need to camp like everyone else. Los blocking with models isn't that effective
