I tried running a similar list with Morghoul 1 and my opponents Infantry was a major problem. Im starting to think that including a rhinodon or two will be a necessity to clear the way for our other heavies, that 2" thresher just seems so valuable in a list where we cant take infantry.

My Morghoul IW list would be like this:
(Morghoul 1) Master Tormentor Morghoul [+30] - Basilisk Drake [8] - Basilisk Krea [0(7)] - Basilisk Krea [0(7)] - Cyclops Shaman [8] - Rhinodon [12] - Rhinodon [12] - Rhinodon [12] - Titan Sentry [15] Mortitheurge Willbreaker [4] Tyrant Zaadesh [4] - Basilisk Drake [8] - Basilisk Krea [0(7)] - Titan Gladiator [15] Paingiver Beast Handlers (max) [7]
Since Morghoul can add +4 to both speed and strenght of our beasts, he effectively makes Rhinodons pow 19,18,18 models that can Tresher and flanking Kreas pow16 weapon masters which is often more than enogh armor crack. 2 Drakes and 3 treshering Rhinodons take care of all infantry except high def skev ones like Kayzay assassin with tough for example. Remember also that being large base and 2" range on melee, you can sling Rhinodons fitght targets 14" from Morghoul as 2" tail + 2" base gets them to stay in 10" bubble. This many beasts can also be challenging, but morghoul can keep them "happy" by attacking your own beasts with 2 initial attacks that drain fury, maltreatment and ofcourse beast handlers.

Im thinking about running Mak1 in imperial host because she can make all our beasts Mat8 with carnage, he field marshal shield guard makes hyper-aggressive so much better, and she had jackhammer.
Mak1 -Ardus Soldier -Ardus Soldier -Rhinodon -Rhinodon -Gladiator -Shaman -Cyclopes Brute -Cyclopes Brute Willbreaker Beast handlers Min
-Krea (free model) -Krea (free model) -Agonizer (free model)
Ardus are there to kill heavies, Rhinodons are Mat8 (once carnage is up) 2" threshers with legs, Gladiator is a rush bot and occasional shield guard for MAk1. The brutes are there to jam stuff up ahead of your heavies, and the shaman is in for utility along with making your Jackhammer 8" range.

Keep in mind that carnage works so that ENEMY model have to be within Makeda control to gain benefit of it. You dont want Makeda be so far upfield and you are wasting her feat. Zaadesh2 plays with your list idea much better IMO.

I tried out Xerxis2 with one of each titan, one each of krea and agonizer, Zaadesh, and 10 beast handlers.
I didn't enjoy the feel of playing the list on the table. Even with the Bronzeback and the Zaadesh, Fury was very difficult to manage, although more practice will help me use it better and easier. With all the big bases everywhere, positioning was unpleasant and led to some wasted activations of my high point models. I could get better and more use to positioning models in this style list too, but in this case I don't think it was through error of my own.
I played into Abby1 with Oracles. Abby's own grievous wounds, Proteus's grievous wounds, the Hexhunters shadowbind, and the Blight spell that made an AoE my beasts couldn't force while within combined to make a huge headache for my all heavies list. Every turn was heavily neutered by these effects all piling on my beasts. He also Force Evo'd a nephilim, which was precision striking out my unhealable beasts' spirits.
Thankfully, the Agonizer's cry effected a good 15+ enemy attacks which undoubtedly is what swung the game in my favor. The krea did nothing, and I was grateful that this time, it was a free model at least.
I had the Bronzeback trample through some hexhunters to beat on Proteus early on. Instead, I should have shot them with the Canonneer and then had Tiberion overtake through most of the rest. That shadowbind out everywhere all the time was a big pain and I should have just saved the Bronzeback.
Xerxis missed a strangehold on Proteus under his feat, which was a critical let down. Really would have changed that game. Also, he missed two attacks on a hellion, and failed the hard 8 on the one that did hit, which made for a very scary turn of not being able to sprint away. Would have lost if my opponent hadn't made a big mistake blocking his carnivean from xerxis with his own hexhunter.
In the end I managed to win, but it ground down to my sentry and nothing else, versus his Neraph and nothing else. Rapport helped me power through grievous wounds with spririt out and still do some damage with my Sentry. Xerxis then put Abby down himself impact attacking a single hex hunter in the way.

Had a mad thought about a X2 gunline on imperial host. Tons of magic guns, anti stealth, infantry clearance all add up to an insane amount of fury control issues lol. Some excellent assassination potential, horrible scenario presence... Guess the aggies dont add much other than anti magic bubble
X2 - Drake - Drake - Shaman - Shaman - Raider - Cannoneer - Cannoneer - Sentinal - Krea - Aggie - Aggie
Max Handlers Min Handlers

Im thinking about running Mak1 in imperial host because she can make all our beasts Mat8 with carnage, he field marshal shield guard makes hyper-aggressive so much better, and she had jackhammer. Spreading hits with field marshal is awesome with her and Mat8 makes beasts very reliable which I like. If you would play Makeda on the IW, then I would always pick 2 max beast handler units, because those guys are Mat7 autowounding tough denying infantry under her. It's fun to watch opponents reactions when beast handler assault squad goes front line and wont even die under her feat *laughs*. And ofcourse they would be only unit capable on scoring and utilising her feat so theres that too. Only problem with Makeda1 and this theme is that what if opponent doesnt have much shooting? Because then theme would be better pretty much with anyone else.
