Hi all,
Back in MK2, temple flameguard were one of my favourite units.
Now, I am trying the Guardians of the Temple theme, but find that I am seriously lacking in armour cracking ability and that many lists I face are very jack heavy. Normally for armour cracking I rely on HoJ, Crusader, Reckoner or something similar, but 3 jacks is not enough to get through my opponents armour. The Temple flameguard, Flaeguard cleansers, daughters lack the hitting power for armour cracking. I normally use Feora 1, but am willing to try other casters.
Can anyone suggest a list for this theme that could have game against a jack spam list.

When faced with a nail its best to use a hammer. You might be trying to use a screw driver here.
Metaphors aside Guardians really does work best as an infantry clearing list with "some" armor cracking. In protectorate if you want the premiere armor cracking look to interdiction lists with knights or a specialized creator's might build tailored for armor cracking. I don't think you'll get what you want here out of Guardians.

How committed to TFG are you? I have a Feora1 Guardians list that can crack ARM. But there's no TFG in it.

Thyra with Flamebringers + Silence of Death can do decent damage (total is 10 P+S11 Weaponmaster hits, if you can get them all in). Likewise Malekus with Cleansers (on feat, if all hit, would be 11 P+S12+3d6. Recommend scourging target first unless its defense is Khador-bad). However, those are both basically one-shot solutions, as they will absolutely be killed in return, and probably will only take down a single heavy. Overall, cracking armor is problem for Guardians, and a large part of why I don't play it.

Thanks for the replies. Happy to drop TFG, so interested in any variation that can properly deal with armour. What sort of ARM are you hitting? Khador and ironically Menoth (Amon). So armour 18 - 20. I am coming to the view that there may be no real answers in the Guardians theme. I may just have to fight fire with fire and load up on jacks in a different theme.

Feora+ HoJ gives you a long-range accurate SP. AoEs are dangerous to him too. Ignite/Battle colossal is dice +5-6 vs most heavies. A bit of luck lets him drop 2 in a turn, especially with softening shots.
