It's been confirmed during the CID hangout that the Bone Shrine functions like a Protectorate Wrack and is not a structure And for those of us without Protectorate insight, how does a Wrack function?

They have the rule Immobile and can provide focus if within a casters control area at the risk of blowing up. Hopefully these hand out fury!

More so in their function as immobile advance deploy support pieces than their specific rule. If I remember correctly, I thought I even heard that they've gone through a variety of different rules for it but I can't remember where exactly I might have seen that.

They actually do have Immobile. That's a rule that got handed out like candy.

If the Boil Master does get/keep the ability to direct corpses and Season the Sauce, the Boneswarm might become pretty damn good.

As an aside, I am desperately hoping that we will get a "dark magic" theme which allows Midas (and other Bone Grinders) along with the new releases.

Would definitely love to see them go with that sort of theme. Could possibly be combined with the upcoming minion beast+lesser warlock theme, though I hope they keep 'em separate.

Do we have release estimations for any of these models? I'm really liking how deep the gators are going with their voodoo-schtick and can't wait to try some of these things out.

If the new models are part of a new theme, do you think that theme's benefits will include the GMP buffs Blindwater has, or will they go back to 5-box, FA:3, and no snacking?
Or maybe they could get a different set of theme benefits? Like maybe 5-boxes but gains stealth.

I'm thinking Blindwater is the Posse-central theme, and a different theme would focus on voodoo magic (corpses maybe?) or warbeasts. It would be super cool to have Posse function differently in separate themes though, like they're from different gator tribes and have different skill sets.

Dunno about new theme benefits, but if the new models/units are Amphibious then they will also be legal for Blindwater. Things like the Gatorman Husk and Soul Slave are probably shoe-ins, but the Boilmaster & Cauldron and the Shrine are more questionable. I think they will leave Posse as only allowable under Blindwater.

I'm pretty sure these are the Blindwater theme releases specifically. Remember that the original plan for Minion themes is that they would be released alongside books filled with new releases, but then they got released early through NQ and PP Insiders to let Minions keep up with the big boys. These are the Blindwater models that were meant to accompany the release of the theme.
