They looks good. Note that they have RAT 6 - so they can hit DEF 13s reliably, and hardly miss against DEF 12 or less.
Two boostable POW 13 damage rolls on Harp seems interesting - although you can push the enemy out of its RNG sometimes. But a model that pushes two models on its turn may have its uses. I am not the fan of the push effect because it can be blocked so easily, though.

I agree that the push can be a bit of a double-edged sword. Sometimes it will help you get things out of zones (or charge range) but you can also end up moving your target out of range (which is a pity considering that POW 13 is enough to finish assassination runs or the like).
Overall, though, I am optimistic. The RAT is higher than I expected and the SPD/ARM mix seems decent (especially with Flight or Oracular Vision).
After playing against the Sacral Vault, I can't wait to put a similar gun on the table. RFP is strong in and of itself, but controlling a model which then stabs another model in the back gives you more infantry clearing than RoF 1 suggests. Oh, and Blessed and Magical damage is a decent bonus.

Personally I really like them as combat lights, they may not be as durable or threat as far as Griffons but they can hit harder considering their main weapon is equal or better and their secondary weapons are stronger. I do really like the Gorgon + Harpy on elara1 for insane control.

Indeed they can fights well. For example, Harpy's ROF 2 POW 13 guns makes about 7.3 damage against ARM 20 target if you put a focus point on it and boost both damage rolls, and it is higher than a POW 15 damage roll with boosted damage roll(average about 5.5). Perhaps Elara1 or Arcanist unit have a good reason to field?

Elara1 already has some strong synergy with quality guns especially on light jacks as it's less of an investment and she just got a lot more options.

As a troll player i look at these. Then i look at my lights... These seem incredibly strong. My only solace is that now YOU guys have to deal with a gun that pushes the target so you can not shoot it with the second shot. only your gun cost 9 points rather than 35...

Saturday i want to try the following: Helynna Hypnos Harpy x6 Arcanist x2 Shyeel arcanist Sentinels full ua I think between acceleration, hand and rhythm the harpies will hit above their weight class and manage to push back (literally) any retaliation. Arm upkeep could be a problem though, as stealth on big targets, so testing is needed. TrollockAre Slag troll that bad? To my untrained eye they seem pretty decent, am i wrong? Slightly worse on the ranged part, but much better on the melee one.

You can make them hurt jacks a lot, but you are paying a LOT of points on support. I was mostly impressed with the gun of the one jack, and the "i take no damage" on the other. Both seem super valuable to me.
