Naming Conventions in the Convergence?

What are the real names of our casters? Lucant makes sense as a name, as do Axis and Aurora. But Directrix and Syntherion sound a lot more like titles than real names. Are there other Directrixes? Other Syntherions? Both would make sense; a Director-type person for each field the Convergence is involved in would be more likely than not, and the same holds true for a fabricator of tools needed in each field.

For that matter, what race makes up the majority of pre-ascension members of the Convergence? Are they like Menoth, being human-only?

I need to know, if I am to create a Company of Iron force as accurate as possible to lore.
