So I'm still here, still playing games and still making silly schoolboy errors (Like a nerdier version of Nathan Drake)
And your'e here to watch me suffer and hope that I lose!
So I got a game in against my Ret Nemesis tonight, and we both picked our lists randomly. I brought along my potential Welsh Masters Strakhov list, against his MkII style Issryia list. Seeing as combined arms might be making a comeback in SR2017.

I won the roll off and chose a side, so my opponent went first instead.
He moves everything up the board, Inviolable Resolve goes on the Sentinels, and the Phoenix gains Admonition.
I’m really not liking this wall of meat. But Strakhov puts Occultation on himself, Sentry on the Conquest and then Superiority on the Grolar. My stuff also moves up the board. But I keep Conquest away from any potential Sentinel charges. Joe makes his WG tough.
It’s a turn of hurt. The Battle mages suck in and knock down a Juggernaut. The Storm Archers take off two columns by themselves. Then Imperatus wrecks it by moving behind his line, he had three focus on him but he just needed the one. The Invictors move up and shoot off the Field Gun and a few odd WG. It takes their mini feat but it works. This allows the Phoenix to move within arcing range of the WGI, and Issyria puts Blinding Light on to them. The Sentials put up Iron Zeal and then run.
Conquest’s free shot takes four shield boxes off the Phoenix, Strakhov then gives one to the Grolar and one to the Juggernaut. Conquest fires again at the Phoenix, boosting to hit and throwing the jack into the wall. Knocking it down. Then I do a silly mistake and kill the Souless Escort of the Sentinels, activating their vengeance. Strakhov activates, advances to the wall and feats. He puts Overrun onto the Juggernaut. It then charges into the Phoenix and kills it. Allowing the Grolar to move up. It then charges across the table into the Invictors. And rolls a three for its gun, allowing it to kill four of them. The WGI just run to gum up the Sentinels, hoping for some tough rolls from Joe.
It’s wrecking time! The Vengeful Sentinels butcher nearly all the WGI Issyria moves up and tries to put Blinding Light onto Strakhov, after feating of course. But she misses. Because of her upkeeps and the fact she needed Velocity to get into position she is sitting on one right in front of the Grolar. But the Battle Mages push the Juggernaut out into the open. Allowing the Sentinals to get five men onto each jack, and one onto Strakhov. When you combine this with some pre-emptive shots from the Storm Archers, who also killed the rest of my WGI apart from the rockets. Both jacks are turned to mush. The Invictors kill two of my rocketeers. Leaving me with only Conquest, Strakhov, Joe and a Rocketeer. Strakhov takes a heavy shot from a Sentinel, but it doesn’t kill him. Impertus moves up to jam.
Well, I didn’t take a picture of this round. My Conquest Sentries onto Imperatus, doing nothing. Strakhov gives two more to the Conquest.
Joe walks to the right and tries to shoot Issyria, but misses. The rocketeer moves and tries to shoot too. But also misses.
Conquest walks up and fires her little guns onto a sentinel that is just in front of Issyria. Issyria. A series of lucky scatters cause three damage rolls, and due to the fact that Issyria is armoured with Wet Cardboard, paper clips and petrol she takes a load of damage but it isn’t enough to kill her. But with two Focus left I aim and fire the main gun. The shot finally kills the sentinel in front of her, but I boost the blast damage and that is what kills that flying Elf.
Khador Victory!
