I'm considering taking Denny3 to an upcoming tournament. But I have no idea to practice building lists. What does she want or not want? What should I put in her lists? I've been looking for tactics but can't anything.

Hey, so an important change to note is that she can only pull souls off one model a turn, not anything in her command range. This means that, ironically, it may not be best to fill your list with soul collecting models because that can spread out the souls, unless you only plan on pulling one per turn.
I'd say you want a minimum of two Soul Trappers. I do like Soulhunters with her since they can individually pick up several tokens. A Stalker can also be nice, it's not hard for them to hop into an infantry unit and pick up a couple souls in a pinch (in addition to all the other things they do). I like one arc node (Nightwretch or Defiler, again you can kill multiple models to collect souls), and a Spell Slave for Ghost Walk. She's also fast enough that Infernal Machines is kind of a funny list; you can shift your army laterally across the table and pop out thralls to generate a 'denied flank' type situation.

Why not in GhostFleet! She is a thing slinging mortalities ghost walk for terrain, scourge for assa threat, nightmare 2 rippers in bg or stalker instead? Shes pretty safe with gravewind too waiting behind the pirates wall

Shes pretty safe with gravewind too waiting behind the pirates wall You don't get any soul collection besides Pistol Wraiths who kind of want Souls for themselves as well as there being some RFP in the list. On top of that you don't get a Spell Slave or free upkeeps. I don't think she's a great choice for Ghost Fleet, better in Infernal Machines or out of theme for Nyss

What should the spellslave sling in your opinion? And why should she need souls, in feat turn she gets 7 souls, cast mortality on targets, scourge with focus and then potshot with rifles and wraiths or Hellslinger to take down enemy caster or she flys up by herself with speed 9, 14 inch charge? She only needs to upkeep gravewind thats not that much i guess

IMHO, maybe sling Ghost Walk out of range, on units and toe threat ranges so your feat turn he can go in?

She only needs to upkeep gravewind thats not that much i guess You'll probably be taking Leviathans, so a few souls to fuel them would be good. Also, the more focus you have turn to turn, the more you can bully the field by being immortal. Like someone else said, Spell Slave for Ghost Walk and can even cast Mortality. WSC is great for the free Grave Wind that will always be up. It's not that you absolutely need them, but I feel Ghost Fleet takes away some of Denny 3's tools without a compelling reason.

I know free G/W is nice, but lets be honest here, if you ever tried to pop and drop assassinate someone with Scourge and miss a boosted roll, then you understand why puppet master is a must have. Also sigil of power combined with the new scenarios where objectives is everywhere is a nice way to have magical shooting everywhere.
I agree that Infernal Machines is the way to go. Fleet mieh, not so much.

My question is, what are you trying to resolve with this list. Also you will need at least one shield guard for Denny3 (mainly because of Rask).
