Any information if all cards will be available eventually? It's been confirmed by PP. They're taking the cards out of the boxes, so it's War Room, buying a deck and updated cards from the store or using the online database from now on.

Any information if all cards will be available eventually? "... you can look forward to seeing the entire library of Privateer Press cards available on the database in the near future." TL;DR? Their logic behind this is a bit stunning though. "To ease the community into this new system ..." Right. Or, "we don't have the resources at the moment ".

Or it is simply to ease it in. It sounds like you don't understand what putting over 1000 model's cards into a database like this entails. They've changed how the card files likely appear to orient properly for print which means even for most basic cards, that's 2 cards. Assuming it was only 1000 models, that's 2000 assets, but that's not the case. There's also warcasters and colossals/gargantuans, etc that have multiple cards beyond their basic stat card.

I wonder how they are going to facility two-sided printing. If I'm going have it professionally printed, I would like it to be on both sides of actual cardboard, like it is now. that doesn't really work with the fold-view that they have now.

(As in, you have no idea whatsoever regarding my knowledge.) Also, I'm no saying you're wrong. I'm saying PP would be a lot better off communicating the real reason – "it's a hellutta work and we're doing our best" – rather than saying they're doing it because we (the community) need to be "eased in".

Or they did, as stated. They outlined why they did it the way they did it. Sure, there may be more work, but if they've communicated the real reason it sounds like you don't like their reason.

I guess that's where we differ. I simply don't find it very plausible that they could have had all cards in order for release day one, but in order to not cause panic/anxiety/rage/confusion in the community, they chose to hold back. Please don't get me wrong, I love this thing. But I, as stated, think PP need to reconsider their communication strategy.

OK. This looks pretty good even though I will miss the old way of getting cards with the models. One question, what is the number in the circle on the statline? For example, the Kodiak and Grolar have a 40 and 50 in the circle on the statline.

They mentioned in an Insider a little while back that when they were deciding to split Dragoons into two cards they realized that with rules no longer appearing in books there was nowhere that actually listed the official base size. Wish they hadn't made it so obnoxious but there you go.
