It also probably means our MoW and Greylord themes are going to terrible They will be released with CID. If they are to be bad, at least they will be less bad than just purely in the hands of PP.

I don't understand why release the Warjack and Winter Guard-centric themes before the Man-O-War one. It makes no sense: Warjacks were already spammed for months and seeing us get a theme that rewards that only angers our opponents furthermore. Initially, it was even worse with the Winter Guard Kommand, when you basically could jack spam AND get extra movement all the same, without fielding any WG. They should have released the MoW theme first, because players would've loved to have a reason to play with their expensive models and Khador wouldn't look like so ridiculously spoiled.
Now, admittedly Jaws of the Wolf is the weakest of our theme forces, but WGK is still by far the strongest.
The Legion of Steel is the most appropriate of the Theme forces because it encourages running models that were slightly less popular. Menoth player I've talked to really wanted that out of the Exemplar Interdiction Theme list.
I'm simply hoping they release the MoW theme ASAP.

There is no guarantee this will happen. Menoth players just got their Exemplar Interdiction theme list, and it's a disappointment for them. It didn't go through CID either.

Given the time it must take to edit, print and then distribute the printed NQ, the absence of CID isn't surprising - I suspect this theme was finished before CID began. Hopefully themes for the non-core Command Books (so MoW and (please) Graylord/Doomreaver for us) will be CIDed before the book is finalised. That certainly seems to be PP's intention. Probably because neither of those themes required new models. We know there is a MoW battle engine incoming, and it makes good gaming, publishing and marketing sense to hold off on the relevant theme until the big centrepiece model for it is finalised (perhaps especially if the battle engine CID has been anticipated for some time internally - you don't design and finalise a new battle engine just as all of them are being reviewed).

Jaws of the Wolf is still a great theme in terms of what some of the other factions get though! If Kossites ever get a UA it'll only go up in Value too! Plus denial of advance deploy can really ruin some lists days. Do we know of other greylord models down the line? I had understood that the forge seer was the last one we'd get for a while.

Don't forget that Doom Reaver units fall under the Greylord theme.

Oh I wasn't forgetting about it . I was responding to the idea that the reason we didn't have it or the MOW theme yet was because we were missing some key models. (Though I suspect that applied more to the MOW battle engine than anything else)

Do we know of other greylord models down the line? I had understood that the forge seer was the last one we'd get for a while. Nothing's been announced, but there's lots of potential that hasn't really been touched for this part of Khador. It just requires the discovery or adoption of different types of Orgoth artifacts. That gives room for different types of Doomreavers (we know there are halberd style Fellblades as well as swords, why not more?), Graylords (the Doomreaver UA is a Graylord with a new Orgoth weapon) and the fluff has primitive Orgoth firearms too. Artifacts can also be added to jacks and/or battle engines. I think the gators' Sacral Vault is originally Orgoth tech, so Khador could also repurpose something big.

Really what Khador REAAAAAAALY Benefits from is that unlike say Cygnar that spent most editions growing 1 Theme (LIGHTNING TEEEEEECH) Khador has spent the last 2 editions expanding the different aspects of its nation. So now its identity hasn't been locked into one thing.
