Hey all,
I played a game with Aurora last night and did surprisingly well. Has anyone been using her in theme? Thoughts?
Apparition and diffusers made me outthreat my opponent, shield guard bots protected her and triggered hand of vengeance. Feat made a strong hit and run turn.

Yea a chap in the Facebook groups runs something similar, Apparition + movement jams the zone and Arm 20 Conservators with HoV beat face.

I played this list today and I really liked it. At first you see it and think "This is going to suck. There's no Synergy". But it works really well in the end. Her movement shenanigans help you get the Alpha. The reposition + parry lets you get those armor 20 Jacks into all kinds of annoying places.
I also think her lack of Jack spells is actually a boon in my situation. She has a speed boost to help get any last minute servitor positionings in place. But when the all-important alpha turn comes, you find yourself thinkimg "there nothing here I feel like casting".
So I tend to sit in the forest camping several focus. At def 18 with focus, she helps the jacks out by simply not dying.If there are three ways to win (attrition, assassination, scenario), you've just stopped a third of them by playing that defensive. Far too many of my losses come from assassination.
Since I'm not very good at convergence, I will often find myself having trouble getting my 3 focus all the way through my jacks and back into my battery. She doesn't care. Not casting spells and sitting in a forest, means she can throw 3-4 focus to my jacks to make sure I have some where and when I need it.
I did forget the second unit of attunement servitors. But between the Cipher, and the first unit, I didn't miss them. I really don't think you need the second unit and would probably swap them out for another elimination unit. Her mat is pretty good, plus your Conservitors are going to be getting +2 to hit anyway... But the ability to clear charge lanes of infintry is something I found myself short on.

I forgot about to mention focus! 7 focus like you said, makes her able to fuel the warjacks that can't get inducted to too well.
I played this list because i haven't played Aurora for a while and we were up for a casual game, but i might try it elsewhere!
The only issues I found/could think of were: * Shield guards with the diffuser * Extended threat ranges, we max out at 13, so anything that can do 14 will beat us, for example: * Feral warpwolf with hunters mark * Rorsh and Brine
